Ingredients

For the Dough

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

For the Cream

  • 2-1/2 cups of Whole Milk
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 cup of All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Small Strip of Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
