There really isn’t anything better than zucchini bread with fresh zucchini from the garden. This recipe has the most delicious flavor and a beautiful consistency. Although this bread is sweet, it is not overpoweringly sweet, and the walnuts add the perfect crunch! Zucchini has very high water content and therefore this bread is not dry at all. If you are making several loaves of bread, you can freeze some for later!
