- 1 pound dried mezzi iigatoni

- 20Â zucchini flowers, washed, stems removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whole milk ricotta
- grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese for serving
