Ingredients for Cake:

  • 200 grams of hazelnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 160 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 1 small glass of rum about 25 ml
  • 70 grams of corn starch
  • 8 g (half sachet) of baking powder

Ingredients for Ricotta Stuffing:

  • 500 grams of pears about 3 or 4 pears
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 small glass of rum or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 300 ml of fresh cream
  • 500 gr of ricotta
  • 200 grams of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
