Homemade rosemary-infused olive oil is the perfect last-minute Christmas gift and it’s the perfect addition to your holiday meal. This simple recipe only calls for a few ingredients and is affordable. For an extra Christmas-touch, place in an oil bottle and top it off with a festive holiday sticker.
- 2 cups olive oil
- 7 fresh rosemary sprigs (each 5 inches long)
In a small saucepan, combine oil & rosemary. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool to room temp. Transfer the sprigs to oil bottle, then add the oil. Place in fridge and store up to one month.
