We all know what Hamburger Helper pasta is (and probably not a huge fan of it) but check out Giada De Laurentiis cook up a delicious and simple “Italian Helper” pasta! (I promise, it’s not like the boxed stuff).
You Will Need:
- 1 Pound of Macaroni
- 8 Ounces of Ground Beef
- 8 Ounces of Sweet Italian Sausage (casings off)
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 1/2 Cups of Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
- 2 Cups of Grated Parmesan
- 1/4 Cup of Mascarpone
- 2 Cups of Spinach
