2. Subscription Fees: a. Yearly Subscription: The yearly subscription fee will be clearly stated on the Blog at the time of purchase. This fee grants you access to the members-only content for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. b. Monthly Subscription: The monthly subscription fee will be clearly stated on the Blog at the time of purchase. This fee grants you access to the members-only content on a month-to-month basis, billed automatically every month until canceled.
3. Payment and Billing: a. Payment Method: You must provide valid payment details to subscribe to the Blog’s members-only content. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on the Blog. b. Billing Cycle: For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. For yearly subscriptions, you will be billed for the full year at the time of purchase and automatically renewed for another year unless canceled.
4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation: a. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, depending on your chosen subscription type (monthly or yearly), unless you cancel it before the renewal date. b. Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can access your account settings on the Blog or contact our customer support. Cancellations will be effective immediately, and you will retain access to the members-only content until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Content Usage and Restrictions: a. Access License: Upon purchasing a subscription, “Hardcore Italians” grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the members-only content on the Blog for personal, non-commercial use only. b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Blog’s members-only content for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission from “Hardcore Italians.”
6. Refund Policy: a. Yearly Subscriptions: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for yearly subscriptions. If you are dissatisfied with the content, you can request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. b. Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not renew in the following billing cycle.
7. Modifications to the Agreement: “Hardcore Italians” reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective upon posting on the Blog. By continuing to use your subscription after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Agreement.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Country/State].
