Breathtaking 3rd Century AD Roman Mosaic Discovered Beneath Italian Vineyard

An astonishing ancient Roman mosaic has recently been discovered beneath an Italian vineyard. It is in very good condition.

The floor was discovered by archeologists in the district of Negrar di Valpolicella near Verona, Italy. Archaeologists believe that this floor dates back to the 3rd century AD.

Currently, technicians are considering the safest way to extract the mosaic. Local officials explained that extracting the floor will require
significant resources” but that they will provide “all the necessary collaboration”.
