Italian Cream Bundt Cake Recipe

This incredible bundt cake has the best pecan/coconut flavor! It is topped with sweet cream cheese and is absolutely delicious!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

    • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
    • 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3 to 4 tablespoons milk
