Fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli and his wife, “Full House” actress Lori Loughlin have decided to sell their luxurious Hidden Hills home. Purchased in 2020 for $9.5 million, they are looking to make almost 100% profit with an asking price of $17.5 million. Both are convicted felons due to their participation in the 2019 college admissions scandal. In the “Varsity Blues” scandal, Giannulli and Loughlin were found guilty of bribing college admissions personnel to influence undergraduate admissions for their daughter.
While the hefty $17.5 price tag on the home is not a given, it is a significant amount over the asking price and would result in a huge payday for the couple. The 11,800 square foot home offers the highest level of security and privacy, with a combination of luxury while still giving the feeling of being rustic. It includes 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, open floor plan and is flooded with natural light. Some additional high end features this property offer are a temperature controlled wine cellar, gym and movie theatre. The outdoor area will amaze any buyer with a pool, spa, fire pit and incredible views.
