No Bake Yummy Nutella Cheesecake!

This decadent and creamy no-bake Nutella cheesecake is a perfect dessert for Nutella lovers. It’s easy to make and requires no oven, making it a great choice for any occasion.

Ingredients:
For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs (chocolate can be used if preferred – about 14 whole graham crackers)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)

For the Filling:

16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups Nutella
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:

1/2 cup Nutella, warmed slightly for drizzling
Chopped hazelnuts or chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and granulated sugar (if using). Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with the butter.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Use the back of a spoon or the bottom of a glass to compact the crust.
Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

Make the Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the Nutella and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated.

Assemble the Cheesecake:

Pour the Nutella filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Spread it out evenly using a spatula.
Smooth the top and cover the pan with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set completely.

Add the Topping:

Once the cheesecake is set, remove it from the refrigerator and release it from the springform pan.
Drizzle the warmed Nutella over the top of the cheesecake in a decorative pattern.
Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts or chocolate shavings if desired.

Serve:

Slice and serve the no-bake Nutella cheesecake chilled. Enjoy the rich, creamy, and chocolatey goodness!

Tips:
Make Ahead: This cheesecake can be made a day or two in advance and kept refrigerated until ready to serve.
