Sting Spends Every Anniversary in Tuscany

Sting and wife of 30 years Trudie Styler fell in love with Italy long ago. They fell so head over heels for the beautiful country that they purchased a villa that they have enjoyed for large amounts of time with their growing family every year. Styler, an actress and producer has recently even won the Itaian Globo d’Oro Award at the beginning of July. Styler has been making her mark in the Italian cinematic scene since the 1980s, making films. It was during this time that Sting retreated to Italy to create music and heal after the passing of his parents. They were also blessed with the birth of their first child in Italy. For these and many other reasons, Italy holds a very special place in their hearts.

The singer and the actress have enjoyed their time at their Tuscan estate over the years to relax and enjoy la dolce vita. Now adults, their children have wonderful memories from childhood of time spent enjoying the food, culture and beauty of the Tuscan countryside. In fact, Sting and his wife make it a point to always be at their Italian estate for their wedding anniversary to make it magical. Styler is quoted as saying, “…Italy has a special place in our hearts.”
