Jack Goldburg, better known as Jack’s Dining Room by his 2.2 million followers across Instagram and TikTok, is known for his videos highlighting the best and most unique culinary experiences around the globe. This August, he will go from social media content creator to food festival curator as he hosts the Yes Chef Food Fest in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Featuring a long and impressive list of popular New York eateries (including several prominent Italian American restaurants), the festival is a can’t-miss for foodies in the New York area.
When is the Yes Chef Food Fest?
The festival will occur on August 10th & 11th from 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST. While food from event vendors will be available throughout this time, a live 200 lb tuna cutting ceremony will be held each day at 5:00 PM EST as well.
Where is the Yes Chef Food Fest?
The event will take place at Bk Backyard Bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The space will be set up with picnic & high-top tables for guests to enjoy their food and include a center bar with an extensive selection of cocktails. In terms of entertainment, a stage will also be present to facilitate live music, contests, and giveaways.

No food festival would be complete without a mouth-watering slice of pizza. Luckily for YCFF attendees, this can be found at several vendors such as Prince Street Pizza (try their famous pepperoni square slice) and Mama’s Too.
Mama’s Too is not only known for their pizza though, but their tasty sandwiches that put other New York City delis to shame. Our personal favorite is the chicken cutlet vodka sandwich, which you truly have to see to believe. If that doesn’t meet your Italian American-inspired sandwich needs, head over to Milano Market to try their never-before-seen spicy buffalo chicken caesar wrap.
The final Italian American establishment on the list is Arthur & Sons. Run by Michelin-star chef Joe Isidori, this restaurant truly takes red sauce to the next level, and it is not even featured in their most popular dish. That title is held by Isidor’s spicy rigatoni alla vodka, which some consider the best in New York.
How many people will be in attendance?
The venue can accommodate 3,000+ people in the 24,000 sq. feet of dedicated backyard space. Children and adults of all ages will be in attendance, as well as dozens of influencers and media outlets invited by Jack himself.
Is there anything else that attendees can expect?
The Yes Chef Food Fest will offer 50 lbs of shrimp cocktail in the form of free samples for those in attendance daily, courtesy of Ocean Box. Additionally, the festival will hand out 900 free oysters on Sunday via Oyster XO and 2,000 unique cookies each day thanks to Chip City Cookies. Freshly-shaven parmesan cheese, caviar bumps, cashew nuts, and Dubai chocolate bars are also expected to be available.
