Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Champion Campobasso 1919 and Ascoli FC!

The Italian soccer circuit has been promised big changes by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos beginning when they invested as co-owners of two Italian soccer teams: Campobasso 1919 and Ascoli FC.

After a long period of misfortune, the 100 year old Campobasso 1919 team from Molise, Southern Italy, has Ripa and Consuelos to support them in their plans of rebirth. Originally considered a very successful team, capable of defeating some of the most competitive rivals in the league, such as AC Milan and Juventus, Campobasso 1919 was denied re-entrance to the league in 2022 due to administrative issues. It was at this point that Ripa and Consuelos stepped in to invest and work with North Sixth Group, promising to improve the team’s media presence, prioritize their sponsorship opportunities and focus on commercial activities. Consuelos stated, “This is a story of redemption, rebirth and hope that will be playing out on the football pitches of Italy, and we are truly proud to play a role as co-owners.”

Ripa and Consuelos’ support paid off as Campobasso 1919 secured their promotion to Serie D with their final game win of 4-0 at the end of 2022/2023 campaign. “The feeling was indescribable,” said Consuelos. The Campobasso 1919 is now guaranteed a spot to play in the 2023/24 season. This was truly a story of redemption.

Serie B Ascoli on the other hand, Italy’s fourth oldest professional club, although not met initially with as many challenges, has also been fruitful under North Sixth Group and Ripa and Consuelos’ guidance.
