Zeppole (zeppola in the singular) are delicious Italian pastries! They are most often eaten on March 19 for the Feast of Saint Joseph which is also Father’s Day Italy! For the Dough
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of Water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
For the Cream
- 2-1/2 cups of Whole Milk
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 1/4 cup of All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Small Strip of Lemon Zest
- 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
