  • 350g Cold Pasta
  • 5 eggs
  • Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Chopped Fresh parsley
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

  1. Pasta di Frittata??? That translates into “Pasta of Omelette”… It’s “Frittata di Pasta”, “Omelette with (of) Pasta”!
