For the Biscotti:
- 2 Spoons of Butter or Margarine
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 10 Grams of Icing Sugar
- 70 Grams of Coco
- 100 Grams of Corn Starch
- 250 Grams of Flour
- 7 Grams of Baking Powder
- 80 Grams of Melted Chocolate
For the Centre:
- 1 Egg White
- 50 Grams of Icing Sugar
- 200 Grams of Grated Coconut
- A Spoon of Vanilla Sugar
