Ingredients

For the Cake:

  • 2 3/4 cups 00 or all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Botticelli extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemons, zest on juice
  • 1/2 cup whole milk, room temperature

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
