- 2 3/4 cups 00 or all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup Botticelli extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lemons, zest on juice
- 1/2 cup whole milk, room temperature
