Ingredients
For the cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup limoncello liquor
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, from 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, from 2 lemons
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 3 eggs, beaten, at room temperature
