Bombette Pugliesi – Recipe

With only three ingredients and three simple steps, these Pugliesi bombette are just too easy not to make! Perfect for an appetizer or even better served with a little sugo on top! Check out this mouth-watering recipe by Cookist.

 

With only three ingredients and three simple steps, these Pugliesi bombette are just too easy not to make! Perfect for an appetizer or even better served with a little sugo on top! Check out this mouth-watering recipe by Cookist.

 

You will need:

• Thinly Sliced Veal
• Prosciutto Crudo
• Scarmorza Cheese
• Toothpicks (to hold everything together)

Directions:

  1. After you’ve sliced your veal, add a slice of prosciutto and some scarmorza cheese on top.
  2. Roll everything up tight and stick a toothpick in each bombette to hold everything together.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180º and you’re done!
