You will need:
• Thinly Sliced Veal
• Prosciutto Crudo
• Scarmorza Cheese
• Toothpicks (to hold everything together)
- After you’ve sliced your veal, add a slice of prosciutto and some scarmorza cheese on top.
- Roll everything up tight and stick a toothpick in each bombette to hold everything together.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180º and you’re done!
