Nothing from Auronzo di corde?
Veneto also known for its Prosecco. I was there this past summer to visit my relatives and thats what they served with meals rather than the usual red or white wine. It is grown in the Veneto region.
I grew up living in a family that had roots in Lombardy and Piemonte. This is so true of those regions. One Piemonte dish that no one know is Magna Calda. Look it up.
