This Lemon Ricotta cake is extremely simple to make! It is perfect for just about any occasion! It has a very fresh and sweet taste and the perfect consistency.

- 1-1/4 cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder

- 1 cup of Granulated Sugar

- Zest and Juice of 3 Fat Lemons
