Europe’s highest mountain Mont Blanc is at a high risk of collapsing leading the authorities to close down roads and Alpine huts.

From August to the beginining of this month, the glacier has been sliding at a speed of 50-60cm each day.

Experts are saying that 8.8 million cubic foot section of ice is sliding at a rate of 50-60cm each day and could collapse at any moment. Thankfully as of now, no has been affected by this.
