You will need:

  • 500 Grams of Cooked Arborio Rice
  • 600 Grams of Raw Pumpkin
  • 100 Grams of Speck
  • 100 Grams of Smoked Scamorza Cheese
  • 1 Tsp of Granular Broth
  • 2 Tbsp of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil for Frying (peanut or sunflower)
