You will need:
- 500 Grams of Cooked Arborio Rice
- 600 Grams of Raw Pumpkin
- 100 Grams of Speck
- 100 Grams of Smoked Scamorza Cheese
- 1 Tsp of Granular Broth
- 2 Tbsp of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Bread Crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Salt and Pepper
- Oil for Frying (peanut or sunflower)
