If your not tired of all the pumpkin flavoured goodies around this time of year then you have to try these soft and sugary pumpkin frittelle. Check out the easy to follow video and try the recipe out. (You won’t regret it!)
Ingredients:
- 120 Grams of All Purpose Flour
- 100 Grams of Manitoba Flour
- 40 Grams of Sugar
- 5 Grams of Fresh Yeast
- 50 Grams of Ricotta Cheese
- 150 Grams of Pumpkin Purée
- 25 Grams of Butter
- Grated Lemon or Orange
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- A Pinch of Salt
You can add a little cinnamon and/or nut meg to this recipe to give the frittelle a real pumpkin spice flavour. Let us know in the comments if you try this recipe out at home!
