- 1 1/4 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter softened
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 teaspoons baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
For the Icing:
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- rainbow sprinkles (preferred)
