Cookie Dough Cheesecake – Recipe

Ingredients

For the cookie base:

• • 1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup of Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1-1/4 cup of All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt

For the filling:

• 3 (8oz each) packages of Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
• 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
• 3 Eggs
• 1 Cup of Sugar
• 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract
