The worlds oldest coffee house in Venice was developed in 29 December 1720, Alla Venezia Trionfante. Caffe’Florian is cerebrating it’s 300th year anniversary. Launched by Floriano Francesconi, after whom it was soon renamed. Hundreds of international politicians and modern-day celebrities love the coffee shop and have visited it many times. The coffee shop is filled with artwork by Goldoni. The bar that opened in 1920 just celebrated it’s 200th anniversary.
