National Italian Food Day is celebrated annually on the 13th day of February. What a perfect excuse to eat some carbs!
Most people immediately think of pizza when thinking about Italian food. However, real Italian food starts with real ingredients.
These can include items such as oil, mozzarella, ricotta, capers, oregano, parmigiana, tomatoes, sausage, pasta, and olive oil.
However, don’t forget to spoil yourself with some delicious desserts such as cannoli and tiramisu!!
