- 200 g of Flour
- 50 g of Potato Starch
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 120 g of Sugar
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Tsp of Yeast
- Nutella and Jam (or whatever else you prefer)
This recipe is too easy not to try. You can even skip the Nutella and jam and leave them plain for dipping into espresso!
