Ingredients For Zeppole Cream:

  • 2 Cups of Whole Milk
  • 5 Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup of Corn Starch
  • 1/4 Tsp of Salt
  • 1 Tsp of Pure Vanilla
  • 1 Tsp of Orange Zest
  • 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp of Powdered Sugar


Ingredients For Zeppole Pastry:

  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Tbsp of Sugar
  • 1/4 Lb of Butter
  • 1 Cup of All Purposed Flour
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tsp of Orange Zest

There are many ways to make zeppole and the best part about these is that you can switch out the cream for whatever other filling you like!
