Ingredients:
- 750 g of Minced Beef
- 250 g of Minced Pork
- 1/2 a Bunch of Parsley (finely chopped)
- 100 g of Grated Parmigiano Cheese
- 100 g of Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 50 ml of Milk
- 100 g of Soft White Bread
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Lt of Tomato Sauce
- 125 ml of White Wine
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
