Nonna Rina’s Tagliolini With Porcini Sauce

Tagliolini pasta (or tajarin in dialect) is similar to tagliatelle, but its thin like capellini. It is a traditional recipe in Molise and Piedmont, but Nonna Rina can help you make it right in the comfort of your home with her homemade traditional recipe.

Ingredients for Dough:

  • 325g of Flour
  • 3 Whole Eggs

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • 400g of Porcini Mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Whole Garlic
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 200ml of Tomato Sauce
  • 100ml of Water
  • Salt
  • Grated Parmigiano Cheese
