Ingredients:
- 300g of Minced Beef
- 300g of Tomato Sauce
- 150g of Pancetta
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Stick of Celery
- 50g of Onion
- 1/2 Glass of Dry White Wine
- 1/2 Glass of Whole Milk
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
