Soft Ricotta Cookies with Vanilla Bean Glaze šŸ¤

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cupĀ butter (2Ā sticks) softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2Ā eggs
  • 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoonĀ vanilla extract
  • Caviar ofĀ oneĀ vanilla bean pod
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonĀ salt

GLAZE

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoonĀ vanilla extract
  • Caviar ofĀ oneĀ vanilla bean pod
