This recipe from Giada is so great that you likely will not be able to tell that it is gluten-free!

INGREDIENTS: Yields 1 lb

  • 2 cups all purpose gluten free flour, such as cup4cup, plus more for dusting
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
