Ingredients:
- 3-1/4 Cups of Almond Flour
- 3/4 Cup of Sugar
- 1/4 Cup of Icing Sugar + 4 tbps of to roll your dough balls in
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp of Almond Extract
- 3 Egg Whites
- 24 Whole Plain Almonds
