Ingredients for Pasta:
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic, smashed and peeled
- 3 Anchovy Fillets
- Pinch of Hot Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tbsp of Capers
- 1/4 cup of Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 3 Vine Ripe Tomatoes, diced
- Fresh Basil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly Grated Parm
- 8 oz of Spaghetti or pasta of your choice
Ingredients for Chicken:
- 2-6 oz Chicken Breast
- Seasoning of your choice
- 3 Tbsp of Basil Pesto
- Olive Oil
