This 8-day adventure will take you through some of the finest foods Italy has to offer. You’ll arrive in Venice for a day of sightseeing, followed up with a traditional Venetian meal. You will also explore the local market, before moving on to the country’s culinary capital, Bologna. There you will learn how to make traditional Italian pasta. The next few days highlight the delicious creations of Modena and San Gimignano. You’ll end your trip in Rome where you’ll spend the day visiting the city’s most famous bakery and tasting some of the city’s finest street food creations.

This tour starts in Rome, where a private driver will escort you from the airport to Orvieto. There you will meet up with your guide and have a small sightseeing tour before heading on to Siena where your farm hotel is located. Over the next few days, you will explore Siena, take a food tour through the nearby villages, follow the Chianti Wine Trail, and take part in a cooking class at your hotel. On this 8 day adventure, you will visit local farmhouses and wineries to sample their wares. You will learn some cooking trips and visit the local street markets. The first night you’ll stay in Taormina where you’ll send the evening dining on seafood and enjoy Sicilian pastries. The following day you’ll participate in a cooking class, where you’ll select your ingredients from the local street market. The next day you’ll visit the farms around Mt. Etna before you move onto Syracuse the following night. You’ll spend two more days in Syracuse before you end your travels in Palermo with a street food walking tour.
