Having lived through the Spanish Flu, World War II and now beating Covid-19 three different times, Maria Orsingher has left doctors and nurses speechless.
Orsingher had tested positive for Covid-19 back in February and after being hospitalized in Sondalo Italy, the doctors said that they have never seen someone of her age recover so quickly.
Three months after Orsingher celebrated her 101st birthday, she was hospitalized for a high fever and tested positive again for Covid-19. After reciving treatment for 18 days, she amazed the hospital staff again by making a full recovery,
Although asymptomatic, Orsingher had tested positive for the third time last week and remains in hospital to undergo treatment,
Orsingher remains bedridden, but her family is eagerly waiting their next reunion with this strong and resilient woman.
