Italian Scientists Say Espresso Makes You Live Longer!☕ 🇮🇹

It's not just a caffeine boost, it's also the secret to living longer!

Who would have thought that your morning, mid-day, and/or after dinner espresso could actually wake you up and also double as a lifesaver?

Italian scientists observed that drinking “Italian-style” coffee (espresso) has been linked to lower risks of all-causes and more specifically [cardiovascular disease] mortality.”

Over an eight-year period, 20,487 healthy participants took part in a research study where they drank one 30ml espresso each day to see the effects on the body over time.

Researchers found that between 15% and 28% of the participants would have a lower risk of all-cause mortality.

Scientists have stated that these positive outcomes are linked to a peptide in the body that helps “meditate the relationship between coffee intake and all-cause mortality.”

Don’t feel so bad the next time someone says to you that you drink too much coffee, you are just adding years onto your life!
