Rigatoni Al Forno (Cake Style)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Heat up sauce and boil rigatoni for 5 minutes ONLY!
  3. Pour sauce into a calphalon non-stick pan (only about an inch)
  4. Line with boiled rigatoni
  5. Create a ricotta mixture (1.5 cups of ricotta and 3 eggs adding 1/2 cup of pasta water)
  6. Pour over top of rigatoni and spread 
  7. Add remainder of sauce over top 
  8. Add mozzarella cheese over top and bake for 30 mins
  9. Take it out and take the calphalon off and let sit for 20 mins
  10. Enjoy 🙂

  1. Disaster. Looked lovely In oven. When I opened the springform pan, after I had run a knife around it……also greased it……..totally fell apart, big mess. This won’t be a repeat. And by a long shot I am not new at cooking.
