Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Heat up sauce and boil rigatoni for 5 minutes ONLY!
- Pour sauce into a calphalon non-stick pan (only about an inch)
- Line with boiled rigatoni
- Create a ricotta mixture (1.5 cups of ricotta and 3 eggs adding 1/2 cup of pasta water)
- Pour over top of rigatoni and spread
- Add remainder of sauce over top
- Add mozzarella cheese over top and bake for 30 mins
- Take it out and take the calphalon off and let sit for 20 mins
- Enjoy

Where’s the meat?
Disaster. Looked lovely In oven. When I opened the springform pan, after I had run a knife around it……also greased it……..totally fell apart, big mess. This won’t be a repeat. And by a long shot I am not new at cooking.
I had the same thing happen to me. Couldn’t cut it. Was a lot of work for a mess
