McDonalds in China has launched a “big meatball burger” and Italians are cringing all over the world. The burger contains a beef meatball, a slice of cheese, some lettuce, and some mayo. It basically looks like a (very) sloppy joe. Let’s just pray this doesn’t make its way to the states.
