- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 6 1/2 tablespoons water (lukewarm)** (100 grams)
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter softened (salted)
