- juice of 2 lemons
LEMON TIRAMISU FILLING
- 1 cup mascarpone (remove from fridge 30 minutes before using) (250 grams)
- 1 cup whole cream (240 grams)
- 2 tablespoons icing / powdered sugar
- zest of 3 lemons (finely grated)
