Directions
1. Put ricotta into a mixing bowl
2. Slowly pour in sugar over the span of about 6/7 minutes
3. At the halfway mark, add in the vanilla extract
4. Mix on a higher setting until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together
5. Fill cannoli, decorate, and enjoy!
