- 1 15oz container of ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme, roughly chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy then transfer to a serving bowl and serve with a toasted baguette, crackers or veggies.
