1. Aqualandia
Located in Lido di Jesolo near Venice, this is one of the biggest and best waterparks in Italy. It has even made it onto the list of the 25 best waterparks in the world and has won nine awards for the best aqua park in Italy. The park covers 80,000 square meters and combines thrilling rides with relaxing areas.
2. Cavena Aquapark
This park was formerly known as Gardaland Waterpark. It is located right next to Movieland so you can visit both if you are staying nearby. There are relaxing areas for adults, fun pools for younger children and adrenaline-inducing rides for thrill seekers.
3. Aquafollie
There are pools, rides, and areas for sunbathing at this waterpark which is located near Venice in the village of Carole. Another feature of this park is the Acquagym with instructors where kids can get involved in supervised fun and games.
4. AcquaPark Odissea 2000
This park is located next to a resort called Itaca Nausicaa and the closest city is Rossano Stazione. The park is divided into sections for smaller children, areas for relaxing and parts with large waterslides. The big rides include Big Olimpo, Skyron Rocket and Krono Kamikaze. There are also programs for water gymnastics and animations.
5. Acquatica Park
There are several water parks in the area surrounding Milan but this one is the most popular. Acquatica Park is located in the south-west part of Milan. It has slides in all sizes to meet the needs of the whole family. There are water-based activities and other non-water related games. This park only operates in the summer months, from the beginning of June through September.
