Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Manilla or Little Neck Clams.
  • ½ lb of Linguini
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, sliced
  • Pinch of Hot Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ Cup of White Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp of Butter
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
