Research Shows A Glass of Red Wine BEFORE Bed Boosts Fat Loss

Studies from Washington State University and Harvard Medical School that a polyphenol in red wine called resveratrol could promote weight loss. This polyphenol has transformative properties and is able to transform white fat into beige fat which is much easier to lose!

As if we all didn’t need another reason to have a glass before bed! Research suggests that a glass of red wine before bed can actually help you lose weight!

Wine contains countless minerals that are essential to human life and can have numerous health benefits. Several minerals in wine and include: 1% Calcium, 1% Copper, 1%  Zinc, 3% Phosphorus, 4% Iron, 4% Magnesium, 5% Potassium and 10% Manganese making it one of the most healthy alcoholic beverages. Wine is also full of antioxidants.

A separate study revealed that a glass of wine before bed helps one refrain from those late night snacks. The result? Weight loss of course! We all know the worst time to eat is right before bed. So next time you want to have a bowl of gelato before bed, have a glass of vino instead!
